RE: Resmed Trigger settings ASV
This might just be me, but I perceive that the ResMed ASV responds quicker after more use. As in the more I use it, the more it mimics my breathing patterns accurately and therefore feels more natural.
There is something to be aware of though: I (and others) have encountered during wake to sleep transitioning, that small pauses while getting settled into bed, the ASV blew hard at times. This is remedied via "Blow back", a technique where the patient literally blows back hard into the mask. The ASV will back off and it tends to learn this IMO.
