Resmed p10 old style vs new
Hey guys. I only recently got my new resmed p10 mask and it was my first time with the new style with the adjustable straps.
Right before that I had the old style one.
My numbers seemed to me much better/lower with the old style straps.
Anyone else have that experience?
I’m about little disappointed as I thought I had found my me mask, but this new type I’m not sure about anymore.

The last one I received from my DME is the newer style, but I haven't tried it yet.
I'm also one of the few that never had an issue with the old style strap. It fit me perfectly. I will use the older style as long as it holds out.

I never had a problem either. I don’t know if the strap slips at night or something or what it is, but something has changed. And not for the better from what I can tell.
I’m curious if others ran into that also.
Someone had recommended before using a dreamwear headgear instead as they liked it better. I think I may try that and see how that works out.

I purchased a N10. old or new....don't know. Packaging? It was in a plastic bag with appropriate lettering. I read somewhere that it might be a forged unit.
I also purchased the extended arm, velcro strap that's used on the Respironics Dreamwear. I've used Dreamwears in the past; maybe 4 of them.
It was extremely easy to insert on the N10 frame. I believe there are references to this being done on the P10 and the N10 masks in the mask review section here.
Results have been "just ok" to absolutely terrible.
