Resmed sleep therapist adjustements
#41
RE: Resmed sleep therapist adjustements
Good morning everyone!

And the OA are still on the rise.  Huhsign
I had mouth leaks again.

I'm suspecting not enough humidity. Ambiant humidity came down for the past 5 days. Cold weather is back.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

What are your humidifier settings?
You OAI is not bad and the events are somewhat random. If you are comfortable with current settings, then a slightly higher minimum pressure might be better, say 7.6. Overall, therapy looks effective and is achieving the desired results.

The humidity setting seems appropriate. My own settings are manual mode 4, tube 27.
