Check the Clinicians' Manual to see other mode dependencies.
pholynyk,
What version do you have.
I found this one online, AirCurve 10 VAuto Clinician Manual (2014-11).   In the Settings menu it states that in S mode  [Backup Rate], [Set a fixed backup rate.], 10 BPM / Off.
I know that OP mentioned a Resmed 9,  I am suggesting possibilities to get a better treatment.
Hopefully with an OSCAR can from the Resmed 9 will help.

Did you feel any more rested today.

It is interesting how your two curves look so similar. I would increase the EPAP by 1 cm. Hopefully, increasing the EPAP will reduce OA and H.

I have both the 2014-11 and the 2017-12 manuals. I was quoting from the 2017 version.

Just to be precise... Big Grin

Here's the third night.  Overall I feel the initial adjustment has made a difference but still not where I'd like to be.

aubreyjs,

Based on your Nov 2 scan.

For Flex Level turn it off. (now set to 2, not sure it does any thing.)

Increase EPAP by 1cm to EPAP = 7 cm of water.

Will need to keep increasing EPAP until no more obstructive apneas and hypopneas.

If EPAP get to high to give a PS of 4, then IPAP will be increased.

Bump your min pressure to 7 and PS to 4.0-4.0 so a constant 4

RE: Resmed to Phillips Issues
Hi, back again.  I used the advice/settings that were suggested in this thread and they made an overall positive difference in my sleep comfort.  However, over the last several months I have felt like I am not getting an adequate amount of air when breathing through my device.  Please take a look at the attached and I would appreciate any information that might help me make further adjustments that would result in a better nights sleep.  Thank you
