I believe that the 2 numbers after the year is the week of the year that it was made. I have (2) ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset. #1 was from the VA issued to me on 3 Nov 2021 with Serial # 232126***** which I believe is 26th week of 2021 (July). My other machine I bought on Facebook Market with 0 hours for $200. We had to drive 60 miles to Memphis to pick it up. #2 with Serial # 232019***** which I believe is 19th week of 2020 (May). Both of my units have Made in Singapore.
