Respironics APAP Pressure Waveforms, what should they look like?
Is the APAP behavior below normal?

Been having up and down weeks with little if any consistency. Also have BND (breathing not detected) on occasion. This week was not good, but the previous week was the best I've felt in a while. AHIavg = 2.4 or so this week, but low 1's the week before. I have no idea what is different. An AHI=5 absolutely wrecks me for an entire day, and a 2.4 isn't that great either, despite what the medical establishment may think.

Looking for any ideas that might help me find out what is going on.

On my last visit to my sleep specialist, she noted that my complaints were essentially those that I made 3 years ago, i.e., no real progress. I'm kind of tired of the situation. I've attempted to have decent sleep hygiene, but nothing really seems to definitively help. Frankly, it all seems random to me, so it is hard to tell if anything is effective.

I do know that last night the total time in apnea was almost 8 minutes. And I really don't feel that great. I'd like to change that, with your help. Thanks.
