RE: First try at posting stats for review
One month follow-up:
AHI numbers are consistently <1.
The other night I got a 0.1 AHI. That means I had 1 event all night.
AHI = (apneas + hypopneas)/hours.
I average just under 7 hrs/night, so 1/7= 0.14, or AHI 0.1.
at 7 hrs:
2 events would be AHI = 0.3.
3 is 0.4
4 is 0.6
5 is 0.7
6 is 0.9
7 is 1.0
I'm consistently having < 7 events per night.
I think AHI <= 5 is "treated"? At 5, that would be 35 per 7 hrs.
Thanks again for the tips.
RE: First try at posting stats for review
Looks like you've arrived at your sweet spot.
Remember, your readings will vary from night to night. I can go from .3 to 1.3 with an occasional 0.0.
Go by how you feel everyday. A low AHI doesn't always tell the whole story.

Definitely look like you have arrived at your optimal settings. Good stuff and congrats!
