Resscan 7.0 - Cannot login

Resscan 7.0 - Cannot login
I just tried resscan 7.0 and I cannot login. When I login to Windows 11 I don't have to input username & password.

But I know my username but I don't have a password.

I get this error. Cannot connect at the moment. Contact administrator.

My account have administrator privilege. I cannot make this work.
Any help would be appreciated.

I discovered that my Skype username and password would get me into ResScan.

I think anything you have a Microsoft username and password will work.

Also, unless you have one of the newer AirSense 11 machines, there's really no need to use ResScan 7.0.  ResScan 5.9 will work just fine and has no login requirement at all:
