Resscan and SH difference for same day
I was checking my data for October 9 and am a little bit confused.

In ResScan, approximately 2 hours of data is missing but it shows in SH.

I know that I woke up at approximately 5:40 AM because I had to get up and get ready for some medical tests. ResScan shows no data after around 3 AM.

Any ideas why?

Whenever there's a time problem, the first suggestion is to make sure the clock on the machine is correct.

Then look to see if it shows up on the next night's data.

Then wait to see if it catches up tomorrow. It may see the errors of its ways. Or it may not.

Mine did the same things, unplugged the machine and mysteriously the data re-appear on the next download
Aliens this time of the year, check the house roof insulation and covering the machine with tin foil can act as a deterrent
