Vibratory Snores
Last night I hit a milestone of .14 AHI however I had a record 25 Vibratory Snore (VS2) events.

13 of them were over 30 seconds.

It seems the lower my AHI, the higher the Snores. Any =one have an explanation?

Thanks.

I've not a clue as to your answer.

Snore does not register as an apnea but nevertheless its a minor airway obstruction or maybe an apnea in the making but didn't get there
A little more pressure might do the job, but maybe not necessary to open a can of worms
