Oxygen desaturations

Oxygen desaturations
So 7 weeks in now, and despite seeming to be getting the hang of this, and OSCAR showing AHI of 0.96 with controlled leaks and flow limits looking much better than a week ago, I still wake up feeling completely drained.  I decided to buy an oximeter and got one of those Wellvue rings.  After much messing around trying to get the data off today, I finally succeeded - and now I don't know whether to be happy or sad.

OSCAR is showing 20.24 desaturations per hour, median O2 at 95% and a minimum of 88% - the Wellvue app says my O2 score is 8.9 and only counts 1.83 drops/hour

There's not a lot in the wiki or the board about what normal should look like, but I suspect I'm not there yet

RE: Oxygen desaturations
I have been on oxygen for almost 30 years and your variation is not a real problem. Extended levels BELOW 88 is a problem that requires added oxygen to your Cpap but spikes of 88 is not a problem. It really matters how long it is a a low level.
