Rice Therapy 22/23

RE: Rice Therapy 22/23
Rice95,
Since you did so well last night, then stick with your current settings.
I suggested the static pressure of 10 with the hope it would help with the Aerophagia.

Post a pic of your wedge pillow if you get a chance.

You are correct on your assumption. You can not have a pressure range while in the CPAP mode. It is one pressure, period.

Thank you Crimson and Opal!
If I have anymore mornings with gut issues I’ll dial it down to 10 /10 and post results.

Coffee
CA and OA decided to call HYOP and the 3 of them crashed RERA's place, and then the 4 of them decided to call Large Leak to meet in an Unclassified location while Rice95 had the best night of his life.

Good Morning!  Coffee

I didn't post yesterday because I posted on the weekend with a few concerns. Normally I'll post 2 days a week with 3 days in between to have my charts looked at. (Monday and then again on Friday)

Please comment!

Here are my last 3. I'll post again on Friday!

Rice,
I see a big improvement!  Oddly enough, all three charts show positional apnea around the same time. But other than that, it looks good.

Are you still having problems with Aerophagia? If not, then stay the course...

RE: Rice Therapy 22/23
Thank you Opal!
I never noticed that my positional issues are happening around 1130 PM …weird

I’m asleep by 845 usually (up really early)so it’s about 3 hours into my sleep. I wonder if there is any science behind that ?

Slight aerophagia issues but not overwhelmingly painful. My body is waking me up when I’m on my back (1st night in the charts)
The other 2 charts I stayed on my side thanks to those wedges!
See you Friday!

Good Friday Morning!! Coffee

These are my charts from the last 3 days of this week.

Any concerns please advise. Last night I woke up on my back at 12:40. That's when you see all those RERAS. Unusual that they weren't OA's

Have a great weekend!

See you Monday!

I don't see anything major that would warrant any changes.  Keep using your wedge as it appears to be helping.

I can't explain the graph with the Reras and Hypopnea.  Hopefully, it's just a one time thing.  I wouldn't worry over it.

Sleep well!
