Thank you Opal!!

I’m getting my shoulder xrayed now. It’s hurt for 6 months …makes side sleeping tough!
I tell myself  ‘no sleeping on your left side too long!! ‘

Oh, you never mentioned your shoulder. That can be painful. Hope it's nothing serious.

RE: Rice95 Therapy
Thx Opal
My physical therapist thinks it’s a torn rotator  cuff. It’s my non dominant arm so that’s a mystery. That won’t show up on X-rays, but they are ruling out other issues.

I’ll get the chart posted later this afternoon for Gideon

RE: Rice95 Therapy
that was 16 minutes all before the cluster. I need 5 minutes total showing both the breathing before and during the cluster.

On the Tidal Volume chart. Smooth breathing is typical sleep breathing, irregular breathing is awake
Awake breathing before 21:00, 22:00-22:25, 00:10-00:25, 03:25 onward.
the Spikes in Tidal Volume are likely arousals.
