My body pillow arrived yesterday and I had a chance to try it out. It really made me more 'aware' to stay on my side. The body pillow lays against the wall since my bed touches the wall on one side. When I turn over I just use a small throw pillow to latch onto.
So the collar is doing its job and now the pillow is helping me stay off my back and that was the culprit of all my added positional clusters I think.
Now all I have to do is fix my left shoulder. PT going well twice a week plus all my sessions at home. Once that is fixed I will be sleeping much more comfortably and I'll bet my numbers will improve even more, but this morning they are great!
