Thanks Dave!
Yes, you have explained that before.
It might take a few more times to bang it into my head    Hammer

Much appreciated!   Coffee

No problem. I sometimes forget what I've already mentioned.

Regardless, I'd give this one session a pass as an outlier to your norm.

Coffee Good Wednesday morning to everyone!

Chart ugly today. I was at a baseball game and didn't get home until almost midnight. I took melatonin because I had loads of coke at the game and it was dollar dog night at the park and I loaded up on those.   Eat-popcorn

This morning I was bombarded with RERAS and HYOPS but the good news is  I fixed my positional OA's with a tighter collar.  Wink

I attribute the wacky chart to melatonin, sleep out of whack, caffiene and loads of sugar so late...and dollar dogs.    Oh-jeez

I know things will get back to my normal, boring life at some point right?  Rolleyes

Well, I think you're having too much fun... Cool

Change your EPR setting to 3. We need to see if that will help with FL, and Hypos.

Also, we may need to up the minimum pressure a little, but wait and try the EPR first.

Good morning!  Coffee

Numbers much better, although I was awake from 1220-1:15. I went to bed super early because my sleep has been so off. I forced myself to not have a nap or caffeine after 2 PM since I try to go to be by 8 or 830 to help my wife with the dogs at 4.

I don't think I've gotten over 9 hours of sleep since college. Shooting for 7 or a little over is all I need. I was able to help with one of the dogs at 5. (the old one)

EPR was at 3. Had some CA's ---positional apnea was great. No big clusters anywhere. Mild aerophagia.

I also ran a mile this morning! No coffee yet! I'm headed to the kitchen now!  lots-o-coffee

Blessings everyone

RE: Rice95 Therapy
Hi Rice,
All your numbers came down, except CA's, which I expected might happen.  Let's keep EPR settings as is for another day or two to see if this is a trend.

The mild aerophagia hopefully will go away.  If not, we may want to bring the max pressure of 12cm down a little.  But let's wait and see how it goes.

Have a great day!

Good Morning!  Coffee

I set an alarm for the first time in years so I could get up to take care of both dogs. Bedtime a little later because I took my daughter to dance downtown.

Cool I used a light blocking black mask over my eyes last night and it was awesome. I wasn't distracted by the clocks or street lights from the window.

So....now I've added a mask to my mask... along with collar and a hose sticking out of my head. Now I only need a Star Wars soundtrack playing and my transformation will be complete.   Laugh-a-lot

Chart looks decent. Overall I feel rested. No aerophagia this morning.

I'm about to head out and run.

Blessings!!
