Good Morning! Coffee

Guess what? I forgot to put the card back into the machine last night.  Oh-jeez

I am not too crazy about MyAir, but I had another great night with an AHI of 1.

Have a great Thursday everyone! Cool
CA and OA decided to call HYOP and the 3 of them crashed RERA's place, and then the 4 of them decided to call Large Leak to meet in an Unclassified location while Rice95 had the best night of his life.

Good Friday Morning! Coffee    Thank you Opal for reminding me what day it is.   Eat-popcorn

Since I have loosened my collar, my numbers have really improved. I'm seeing a trend since I have loosened it a bit so we'll see. Maybe it was strangling me?  Bug-eyed

Shoulder gradually improving. I'm looking at another month or 2 before it is back to normal I am told. I'm making great progress though. I do my PT at home 3 times a day, lift weights twice a week, and I run a mile M-F, trying to get my time to at least 8 minutes.

Have a great Friday!

Looks like you've mastered the chin tucking thing.  Everything looks good!

One thing though... I think today is Friday.   Smile

Wonderful news! "best sleep I've ever had!"

Look how you've solved your treatment issues. Remember how good that feels.
Now if something happens and you get poor sleep pull back that good memory...and solve what happened.

Proud to know you here Rice95!

Thanks DaveL! Things are really starting to come together. I am posting everyday to keep a steady log over time in case there is a bump in the future, which there will be  at some point....so I'm just riding this one for as long as I can.  Coffee

Good Saturday Morning!!  Coffee

My daughter had Broadway workshops all week and her performance was last night so I went to bed to 2 hours late. I was worried my numbers would be messed up but alas, they are hanging in there!

Things that seem to be my success(for now at least)

Collar not too tight, but not too loose. If its uncomfortable, its too tight.

Stay on side(with the help of body pillows)

Sleep at a slight incline

Dark eye mask(only because I'm distracted if I open my eyes in the middle of the night)

Bed at the same time

Wake at the same time

No big naps. Maybe a power nap before 2:00 if needed. 5-10 min max.

Great help and monitoring from this great forum! Coffee

Have a great day everyone!

You're definitely on a roll! I would say that at this point, even if you had a bad night with higher numbers, it wouldn't be anything to worry over.

Thank you Opal!

That is good to know. I appreciate you getting back on all my posts. Is it ok to continue keeping a log of my therapy or should I stop? I see that there are members who are viewing my posts and I try to offer helpful info occasionally that might help someone. Maybe its because I'm partially retired and I have too much time on my hands !  Eat-popcorn

That's up to you, but your thread is pretty long and most that read it will only look at the last few posts.

Don't forget, that downloading to OSCAR "is" a log of your therapy. Another thing is to keep a written log that you can refer to quickly. If you made any kind of change, whether it it a pressure change or just changing the collar, write down your results and how you feel.
