S9 EPR settings

My epr is set at 1

I assume that setting it at 2 or more will make it less?
(easier to exhale)

Exactly.

EPR sets the exhale to 1, 2, or 3 points lower. So if your inhale is 10, with the EPR set to 2, the exhale is 8.

Great...my doctor re-set my levels to 8-10 (from 5-12) and didn't touch epr.

I'll wing the dials and set the epr to 2-3 tonight and see how it goes.
