RE: Help with adjusting pressure on a goodknight 418g
Hi Poco.........

This is what I found:

1

Press and hold the small button under the "oo" in the "Goodknight" logo on the front of the machine. Continue holding the button and press the first of the three machine keys, the "Information Access" key.
2

Push the up or down arrow to change the pressure setting on the machine. Push the button repeatedly until your desired pressure appears on the display.
3

Press and release the "Information Access" key repeatedly until the machine exits the menu. Push the "ON/OFF" button to check the pressure display for verification.

Welcome the forum, pocolocoxox
From http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...AP-Machine
There is a small screw underneath a sticker on the back of the machine
You simply turn the screw one way to raise and the other way to lower the air
