I can feel a very gentle air flow when I put the back of my hand near the mesh ports on the mask that I wouldn't say are jets and I can't hear the air from the mask just from the Air Sense 11. I had a ResMed FX that did have a forceful air flow that dried my eyes and blew on my arms. Switched to P10 and it has been great. Are the two tabs on the frame firmly seated into the mask?
