SPO2 "range"

RE: SPO2 "range"
Try squeezing in these graphs:

Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leaks
Snores
Flow limitations.

You can grab the horizontal gray bars that separate the graphs and move them up to get those six to fit in one screen shot.

Another trick to getting all the graphs Dormeo is requesting and provide equal graph height size, is to count the number of graphs requested (6 in this case) and add 1 to this count, thus making the value 7.  Now divide your monitor's vertical pixel size by this value (7).  Using the whole number value of the quotient and dropping any remainder value, enter this in the File > Preferences > Appearance > Graph Settings-Graph Height box.

Example:
My monitor's resolution is 1920(h)x1080(v).   Take the vertical value, 1080 and divide this by 7.  This yields a quotient of 154.28571.  Drop the ".28571" and use the 154 as your Graph Height value.  OSCAR will now display 6 graphs in the field of view.

attached are the oscars for the first try with your suggested settings ... the first one is the "overall", the second one is a hypopnea, and the third is obstructive .. can you tell from the second two screen shots if they look like "true" events to you?    thanks appreciate all the help.

Nice job reformatting! And such a nice looking chart. It's very good to hear that corresponds with better sleep.

Stick with these settings for at least a few more nights; after that you might want to experiment with a minimum of 8. That might prevent the odd event here or there.

Yes, both zoomed-in views appear to me to show events that happened when you were asleep. In the hypopnea view, we see your flow rate dwindling, followed by what might be a couple of recovery breaths. In the OA view, you're trucking along with sleep breathing, when POW -- your airway shuts down. You definitely take recovery breaths after that. It probably woke you up very briefly.
