SPO2 software

Question
SPO2 software
I see there is several versions of the spO2 software all the way to 3.0.
What are the differences in the different version and what version
would be best to use with a CMS50FW?

RE: SPO2 software
What came with the oximeter? That might be a clue.

RE: SPO2 software
Sorry, what comes with the oximeter doesn't tell me anything about what the versions are
and what is the best revision to use?

RE: SPO2 software
I would think it would be the right version for the oximeter you have.
There's always the empirical approach of trying each.

Question
RE: SPO2 software
I have tried SpO2 assistant V2.7 (which came with the CMS50FW), V2.4 and I get
the message "No available devices found" 3.03 freezes up before it scans so no message.
I might add this is with my desktop Win7 dell. On my Win10 laptop V2.7 works fine.
I would just like to get it working on my desktop computer to make it handier and to
sync up with my Sleepyhead Cpap data.
The Laptop has built-in Bluetooth and the Desktop uses a Soundbot 340 Dongle.

RE: SPO2 software
Hmn. Did you try running as administrator and/or running in safe mode?

Check the #supplier 19 web site. There is more documentation there.

RE: SPO2 software
I upgraded my Desktop Computer to Windows 10 then I uninstalled
the Bluetooth drivers, rebooted and let Windows 10 install drivers.
Then I unpaired the CMS50FW and then paired it again and that did it.
I now have SpO2 Assistant(V2.7) working fine on my Desktop Computer.

RE: SPO2 software
I'm wondering if you had any issues getting the data loaded into Sleepyhead, or if that was your goal?  I had problems but finally figured a way around it in case you are having issues.  I love this Oximeter so much I bought 10 of them from Contec in China because other people were asking about it.

RE: SPO2 software
No I didn't have any problems loading the SPO2 data into Sleepyhead,
once I got the Sp02 Assistant connected to the CMS50FW.
The CMS50FW has since worked fine for me.

RE: SPO2 software
I spoke to soon! All of a sudden today Sleepyhead won't import Spo2 data.
I get the message: "No Oximetry module could parse the given file"?
I see where others have had this problem but haven't been able to find a
clear solution?
