I think Navy. The USMC has not had a white uniform since WWII. And, the USMC uses Navy personnel for medical. (Corpsmen, Nurses, Doctors, et cetera.) And, the Navy LCDR wears the gold OAK leaf.
Your probably correct to on that.... It was many many moons ago.

Unless there is more to this than we are being told, would a verbal or at worst written warning have been considered reasonable?

Sadly, in a lot of cases like this the employer is so afraid of offending or losing the client that they either over react or let the client dictate what happens.

We have an interesting case going on here at present with mainly contract workers being unfairly(allegedly) treated by an employer.
Interestingly it is a large sports wear supplier, supplying foreign made tat, employing/exploiting on the whole Eastern European labor.

Okay, very understandable to not use the client's "stuff" but no relief for calls of nature? Harsh, very harsh... Oh-jeez

When I was a teen, back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, I had a job cleaning offices at a shaky office building. We were not allowed to use the restrooms. I could never figure out how they would know since I cleaned them. Then one day while cleaning one of my supervisors walked into the rest room. Luckily I was already done...

also illegal. an employer *must* provide adequate "relief" facilities or they are not osha compliant.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum
Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

No coffee, we were not allowed to partake of anything, and I do recall they mentioned they had such a problem with stealing that they did spot inspections/searches of employees leaving sites. They had a zero tolerance policy for any use of customer facilities or taking anything.

But, it was known up front and carefully explained what the rules were, so there was no surprise if you got canned.

Don't think Navy has a rank of Major.

Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. Access through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie
