Scored a big Goose egg last night
Hit the AHI=0 last night so I felt the need to celebrate. Unlike some of us, this is only the second or third time that this has happened to me in several years.

Sleep well y'all.

You have every right to celebrate. Banana
I've never seen that yet.
My lowest was 0.4.

Nice! the only way I will get even near <1 lately is if I just don't use that machine that night! Wink
Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. You can download your data through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

Stick it to the man, Download OSCAR and take back control of your data!

Thanks Ian. Like I didn't have enough Honey-Do projects to tackle. Mornincoffee

It's nice to see the zeroes, even if they probably don't mean much. Last night my 0.4 broke a streak of two zeroes. I've had a few before, but never two in a row.

I don't want to be a party pooper, I regularly score a big fat 0 if I read the result from the CPAP machine display. However if I read the result from SH or EB the result is rarely 0, but always less than 0. The same applies to Periodic Breathing or CSR results.

Cheers!!Thanks

I always go with the Sleepyhead figures. It usually agrees with the machine though, except it only reports to 1 decimal place.
