It looks like you did better with a fixed pressure.

If you go back to using the machine in Cpap mode, use a minimum pressure of 9cm instead of 8.
I would also turn the Flex setting off or at a minimum of 1. Give it a few days to see if that makes a difference.

If you are still showing a high number of CA’s, then you may have to get a titration study done. It’s possible that you may need a different type machine based on results.
