RE: Second half on the night seems worse.
You will see that ahead of all CA events you have a high minute vent rate. This is pretty common, and it is especially true as your just start a session after a break. It might help to focus on calming your breathing before masking up when these breaks occur to avoid the hyperventilation that causes unstable respiration. That may be harder than it sounds, but just a few moments to let respiration relax and normalize might help avoid sleep onset CA.

Ok. I will do some breathing/relaxation exercises before I go back to sleep.

Been doing pretty good, but last night this happened
I raised my pressures to 13/16 and have been doing really good lately, but last night this happened. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. I am happy to answer any questions Smile.
