I've had my CPAP for a couple months or so now and wanted to wait a bit before asking for suggestions, comments interpretations...
My AHI is greatly improved from my sleep study but while i'm not falling asleep in the afternoons now, i'm not waking up with a refreshed, rested feeling, either. With the odd exception my AHI is hovering around 3.5 +/- I am told by my bride that I do sleep on my back most evenings and my snoring is all but gone (she is sleeping much better as a result). But I am seeing a number of VS marks... could this be my mouth falling open during the night? What would you suggest I try to improve my sleep? any suggestions or comments are welcome....
your RDI which adds RERAs to the AHI is close to 5. RERAS also disturb sleep. Both should improve with higher pressure. Phillips machines are slower than Resmed to respond flow limitations so a higher minimum pressure is especially important. Since your pressure is above 10 for most of the night night I suggest a minimum pressure of 8 or 9.

While it's only one night I am encouraged at what i'm seeing... pushing the lower pressure to 8 seems to have improved things. I'll give it a couple weeks to make sure last night wasn't an outlier, of course, but I am optimistic!
