RE: Seeking confirmation if settings are correct

Assuming this is comfortable, I assume you may keep these settings. The use of EPR at 3, decreased your 95% pressure. I think you may be able to stabilize pressure by using a minimum of 9.0 instead of 8.0. This will result in your pressure moving in about a 3-cm range and may be a bit less disruptive, however it looks like you're doing great.
I was wondering as to if I should bump up the minimum since the EPR is now 3.
Thanks for the advice, I'll adjust it and will report back later.
RE: Seeking confirmation if settings are correct
You actually had more OA events in the prior chart, so it's not EPR 3 that results in the need for higher minimum pressure. That was present before, and your actual pressure is actually a bit lower with the higher EPR. Not a bad deal.

Things are looking good. I'm getting decent rest and feeling even more refreshed.
Tks Sleeprider for the assistance, that also goes to everyone else.
RE: Seeking confirmation if settings are correct
This has worked nicely for you, both by the numbers and how you feel. Congrats!
RE: Seeking confirmation if settings are correct
Hey to everyone, hope all is well.
I have a ResMed Airsense CPAP (spare) as well as the Autoset that I am presently using. The spare machine was my original and is only a couple of years old and would like to use it for travel and and in case the Autoset breaks down (hopefully never). I have attached a snapshot of my 21 days of use and it looks as if a pressure of 10.2 is the most likely setting. As for EPR I'm thinking of 2 and keeping the ramp off.
Your thoughts on this?
RE: Seeking confirmation if settings are correct
Conventional wisdom for moving from auto CPAP to fixed pressure is to use the 90th percentile pressure. Based on what you posted, I would suggest a fixed pressure of 11.2.

Sleeprider,
Sorry for the delay in responding, just to confirm 11.2 and EPR @ 2 or should I keep the EPR @ 3?
RE: Seeking confirmation if settings are correct
I had thought you would keep EPR the same.

No problem I can try it at 3 and go from there.

First night with the static settings of 11.2 pressure, EPR 3 and having the ramp off. Feeling really great and well rested.
