Self Titration of a Bipap help?

Self Titration of a Bipap help?
Hey, new to the website. I am 20 with a mix of central and obstructive. I have had tests all proved inconclusive (I am still getting tested). Due to how long the process was taking and how bad my quality of life had become I decided to get my own bipap (it’s a philips bipap Auto10- I know about the recall).

As someone who is self tittering can someone please explain the mechanics of changing the epap and how that affects how I have to change the PS.

RE: Self Titration of a Bipap help?
In most self-titration, EPAP is increased for obstructive events, pressure support is increased for flow limitation and hypopnea, and decreased for central apnea. We have learned increasing trigger sensitivity to high or very-high can help some people to reduce central events. This does not generally resolve moderate or severe CA but can help where mild random CA events and periodic breathing occur.
