RE: Self-Treating Sleep Apnea | First Night with CPAP = 0,87 AHI | Central Apnea?
Thank you for all the answers!
I will try EPR 3 and also "play" around with the minimum pressure.
So far I didn't see a lot of changes, AHI is still around 0.9 on average with almost all central.
I will post some new data after soon.
I do wake up several times a night to adjust my mask or because my mouth opens despite having a chin strap and taped mouth. I am thinking of trying a full face mask soon and see if it makes a difference.

RE: Self-Treating Sleep Apnea | First Night with CPAP = 0,87 AHI | Central Apnea?
Okay, so finally an update.
I got COVID in the meantime, which threw my apnea treatment a good time back –and after recovered, I had to get used to the mask again so basically starting from 0.
I am using my resmed since March now and honestly I don't really notice a difference. My AHI is consistently low in OSCAR – and so far I do not really feel any difference if I play around with the settings. I still move around and wake up a lot at night which is the main problem.
One thing I noticed: My resting heart rate dropped from around 53 to around 49 / 50 on average. However, this might also be due to lifestyle changes.
I have attached a screenshot of my OSCAR statistics.
Would be very grateful about suggestions on what else I can try with the settings.

Dumdi,
Are you able to post a couple recent Screenshots of the daily page in
OSCAR?
Use the F12 key (Standard View) to take the Screenshots. Thanks!

RE: Self-Treating Sleep Apnea | First Night with CPAP = 0,87 AHI | Central Apnea?
I would bump up the minimum pressure from 8 to 9.
Your events occur at or about when the machine is increasing the pressure, can't get to where it needs to be in time and some events get in there. This will give the machine a head start and possibly prevent more.
Go with 9 for a bit and see how things go.
It would be helpful if your graphs show Flow Limitations, squeeze your other graphs down a bit to help fit it in.

Thank you!
I changed the min pressure to 9 now. It was actually set at 7, so I hope that makes a difference for my sleep!

I tried two nights with minimum pressure at 9, unfortunately don't notice any difference. Still waking up exhausted.
Im starting to think CPAP doesn't work for me. Yesterday I woke up so exhausted again.
Attached last two nights with minimum pressure 9.

Zoom into a sample of your flow rate with a 3 minute time period so we can see what the respiratory flow rate looks like. I'm not getting any information from the high-altitude view, but notice inspiration time is relatively long which suggests a flow limitation.

Thank you!
Here are 2 zoom variations (not sure if this is what you meant by 3 minute zoom):

That is a 15-minute zoom. Please use the F12 ((Mac: Fn+F12) to take the screenshot. Insert the screenshot into your post here. For more detailed instructions, please see the links in my signature.
