Self test, newbie needs help please

RE: Self test, newbie needs help please
You need to consult with a physician and quite trying to self-diagnose without all the tools. You are seeing minor desaturation, and that could be a sleep problem or no. I would expect a trained endurance athlete to maintain high oxygen levels, but with the high blood volumes nad low heart rate that is typical for endurance athletes I am not sure.

As an aside, do you exhibit other symptoms of SDB and how is your recovery from exercise stresses?

I would expect with the reading that you have, your apnea sleep test would show you have no greater than MILD rating, meaning a scored AHI of 5 to 15.  Your desaturation levels during sleep surprise me some. Not sure, but it might be something related to training.

Your sports doc should know how to direct your further progress.
