As happened to OpalRose, my local DME was bought out by Rotech (Sleep Central). They've been fine. Last February, when I got my prescription, they had ResMed Airsense11s in stock! You can reorder supplies by phone (automated 24-hour line), online, or even manage to reach a live person if you pursue that route.
