Setting Auto Program Remstar C Flex

Setting Auto Program Remstar C Flex
Hi,

I've been trying to lower my AHI and have started using the auto program for my machine. I started 5 days ago with 14 has my high and 5 as my lower setting. My original set number was 9. I have noticed a great improvement in my AHI over the last 5 days. Was wondering if any other users of my machine has any advice or has tried the trial? I'm thinking of raising the high limit to 17. Thanks Thinking-about

RE: Setting Auto Program Remstar C Flex
What do your Sleepyhead reports look like? Where does the machine "settle in" at with pressure? If it's always running at the "max" of 14, then you might try raising it a little bit to see what happens. But not all the way to 20 all at once. ...and before you do anything, we really need to know a little more: What is your AHI? What is your leak numbers? With all these things we can help you in a decision process.

RE: Setting Auto Program Remstar C Flex
I ran the Auto-Trial on my machine for 5 days and it came up that my 90% pressure was 15 cmH2O.

Seeing the actual graphs of the pressure would allow us to better see if you were bumping the upper pressure for a good bit of the night. Your average pressure doesn't look like it, but it's hard to tell from just the numbers.

How many days do you have the Auto-Trial set for?
