If you muck the card data up, be aware that Sleepyhead makes a backup of it each time you use it. That could be a bacon saver if you need it for compliance. It's at "C:\Users\<insert your computer user name here>\SleepyHead\Profiles\<insert your Sleepyhead profile name here>\ResMed_<some number assigned to your profile>\Backup"

I'm way past the one-time compliance period, so that's not an issue. I called the DME today and they cheerfully agreed to reset it for me. This should be interesting. Of course, I'll back up the data on the card before I head down there. Gotta pick up some supplies anyway.

Be certain to include the hidden file (journal.dat) in your backup. It's not that I don't trust DME's, I just don't trust anyone.

The DME selected 'erase data' in the clinical menu and reset the year. Good to go. I've got all the data on my PC.
