Excellent! You will want to leave your settings alone for at least a week and see how it goes. In time, you may want to try introducing EPR of 1, then 2, then 3 -- mainly because that might help to reduce your flow limitations. But if you are sleeping well with EPR of 0 and feeling good during the day, maybe just leave it there -- why mess with success?

Very nice!

Don't forget the F12 button to take cleaner images
they are stored in Documents/Oscar_Data/Screenshots

Each F12 takes a new image and they don't get overwritten because the names have a timestamp to keep them unique.
