Hi!
Well, a few nights into the new settings and my AHI is really low! I actually woke up in the middle of the night both nights wondering if the machine was broken because my AHI was zero. Obviously it will take a while to see how my daytime alertness and sleep maintenance insomnia responds.  I'm mainly posting just to say thank you to all of those who have been helping me through this process! I've also posted the last two nights of results in case there is non-AHI data that needs consideration or any additional tweaks that need to be made right now. Thanks!

For myself, I don't see any area that we could improve on this. Hopefully the therapy is comfortable and will improve your daily alertness level. Congrats on the excellent numbers.

Your settings are exactly what they need to be now. The machine is quite active through the night, so this is the right therapy, and we just had to get it dialed in for efficacy and comfort. We started with the default recommended settings, and actually came back to what I thought you needed way back before you got the machine. These are very rewarding results to see, and your expectations for how you feel seem realistic. Well done on your part working to get here.

Thank you everyone!!! It's very exciting to finally be getting the RIGHT pap therapy!!!!! I couldn't have done it without all of you!!!
