Settings help PR System One (60) [BiPap Auto] and Amara View Full Face Mask
I have pretty consistently getting AHI's of about 3.75 to 5.25 with most of them in the low 4's. I've attached screenshots of 3 consecutive nights. Any suggestions for improving my AHI or should I be content with mostly being under 5?

Thanks in advance.

I would raise min epap till the OA clear, try 8 or may need 9 and review. I'd leave the PS where it is for now. Put up more charts for opinions.

page 11 of the Philips guide may help

I also saw a good youtube video on home bpap titration. youtube search and start at 3 minutes. Bilevel and ASV Titrations: Pressure Changes for Technologists and Patients

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
