Should epap = titrated cpap pressure on Bilevel machine?

RE: Should epap = titrated cpap pressure on Bilevel machine?
Fred says 2 under current pressure, I said 4 under. The truth is it doesn't matter because your just trying it out to test where you need to be. Fred's recommendation will start you at a inhale pressure 2cm above what your use to now. Mine will keep the inhale pressure the same. Choice is yours. Like I said it doesn't matter assuming you end up needing to change it.
