Simplus is mangling my face.

I use the Simplus as well and don't have the mask itself leaving marks. The straps do sometimes but not the cushion. Have you washed it since you got it? Have you checked to make sure you have the right size? And I wonder if it is some sort of allergy. Try using a liner for a week or so and see if it clears up.

I have had a liner on it the entire time. I am on ASV therapy, so if it's not tight enough, it leaks a lot. That could be part of the problem. I tried the Amara View again, and it just leaked and leaked. Sad

Ah. What other FFMs have you tried?

The ASV varies the pressure a lot so the mask and the liner can't keep up with it? ASV machines are this...enigma to me.

I use FItLife and sleep on my side most of the time. I also coat the sealing surface from Elmers non-toxic glue stick to get it sticky
so I can use a lot less strap tension.
I also made a chin strap to keep it from riding up.

Most nights I have no leaks or just a few small peaks on the S.H. chart.

It fixed the swollen eyes right up too!

Cheers!
