Who's your favourite singer, well one of mine is Eva Cassidy. I came across her through all the death in my family and fell in love with her music.

But for the one song that says so much to me and I play it often when I need some quiet time is this beautifull piece of music.

wheres my tissues............

PINK!!! OMGILOVEPINK! The musician, not the color. Can't stand the color. Since most of her music has swearin' in it, I won't embed a video.

After that, Solas, Sweet Honey in the Rock, Steve Martin and the Steep Canyon Rangers, Joan Jett....it's a long list. Guitar are cool. Jeff Healy, Eric Clapton.

Just picked up a compilation by the Moody Blues. For some reason "Question" made me cry. I hate that.

And I just listened to Fleetwood Mac's "Tusk" album. My older brother had that on 8track. He hooked the player to his alarm clock and would blast that to wake us up in the mornings. The drum beat of "Tusk" (the song itself) got me up and going!

I recently found a British, female string quartet that plays a wide variety of music. Their name is Escala and Here is a link to their version of Led Zeppelin's "Kashmir."

That's a tough question as I seldom listen to the words, preferring the instrumentation. Dont-know

This is when Esala was born. They entered a cometition here in the UK and the rest is history. As you can see they started out as "SCARLA" but soon changed there name. Here is their first time on TV.

ESCALA then became an overnight sensation here in the UK and became world renowned after that they release there album as you know and here just for you........

I cannot resist. I tried. But, alas, I cannot.

With skirts that short, and some of those poses, they could be playing pots and kettles and no one would notice.

Just sayin'.

While I like their "music", I don't like that a lot of times their instruments are not heard over the imported music (drums, etc). And there's a few places where it is almost like they are, what's the instrumental version of lip syncing? But I also think I would like them better in recordings vs watching them. I'm like that with Aerosmith. That's man is weird.
