Sleep Angel

Sleep Angel
Had an odd nights sleep last night.

I took the pillows ( nasal ) off after about an hour of sleep, my darling wife woke me 40 mins later to tell me to put the mask on, then an hour an 40 mins later started to get large leaks which woke me as I could feel air blowing on my face. Then slept trough until morning.

The odd thing is my AHI was down to 3.21 which is the best I've seen, I don't feel tired and all is well this morning.

Oh and I've discovered that I have a sleep angel, as my wife commented that I had a big leak in the night. My newly found sleep angel watches over me in the night, very comforting.
Failure is NOT an option.
