That is the chart we needed to understand what is going on. Your leaks are way out of control, and that has to be the first priority to fix. You either need a new mask or different size. Based on what we see of your results, you need to turn off ramp or increase ramp minimum pressure and use a minimum CPAP pressure of 7.0 with EPR 2. Very high flow limits and EPR should help. The high flow limitation is consistent with UARS (upper airway restriction) that might benefit from surgery, however, let's try to use what we have in the CPAP to improve on that. One think to note is that obstructive events are very clustered and suggest a positional aid like the soft cervical collar may help to not only reduce the events, but perhaps stabilize your CPAP mask.
