Sleep Apnea for Dummies
Anyone know if there is a book that is easy reading for sleep apnea that helps you understand what is going on and explains the terminology for people like myself.

I,m not aware of a dummy and beside its a wide specialty even for doctors
Search, read and then ask specific questions that matters to you ... we don,t need to know everything

Step One: Follow all the steps.
Step Two: Wear the mask and turn on the machine whenever you go to sleep. In all seriousness, check out the Wiki. There's an acronym page, basic information pages, etc etc etc. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...=Wiki_Home
