I just want to scream: "You haven't tried CPAP you goof!!!"

Everything I post on this board is nothing more than an opinion expressed by an apneak. Normally, it's based on facts and experience but sometimes, I may get things wrong or not have all the facts.
I reserve the right to change my mind. Why? Because tomorrow I may know better.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum
Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

Thanks for the feedback. There is not much point to reply to posts here without posting another joke in the reply - it would just dilute the tread so, I'll just keep on going with one of my sleep favorites:

My husband also gets a laugh from the sleep apnea funnies and he isn't "blessed" to have sleep apnea as I am. Thanks for bringing humor to our everyday lives.

RE: Sleep apnea funnies
I used to have to wear the brain bucket and suck on the hose from time to time when I was flying for Uncle Sam. It was a pain. One good thing, the piece of paper I needed was always under the hose. BTW, my FFM fits about the same as my old oxygen mask. Laugh-a-lot
