Sleep apnea surprise diagnosis
Hello
I was recently diagnoised with moderate sleep apnea and decided to join a forum to share my experiences and to gain more knowledge of this condition. Suzanne.

I'm sure you can learn quite a bit about Apnea, treatment, masks, and the machine settings. Feel free to roam about and if there's any specific questions you need help with just ask.
