Sleep issues, OSA with possible CSA and other issues

RE: Sleep issues, OSA with possible CSA and other issues
I don't recall that particular thing being tested and didn't see it in any of my most recent tests. Would that indicate a medical condition instead of the sleep?

My sleep doc said he had never heard of such dizziness/dysautonomia among his sleep apnea patients. Yet when I research sleep deprivation, one of the symptoms is dizziness, muscle weakness/shakiness, etc.

This was last night.

5 centrals and 1 obstructive for the whole night of just over 6 hours (I went to bed late due to some stuff going on). EPR 3 Full Time. Fixed CPAP pressure just before 9.

I'd think a possible discomfort issue may be Flow Limits, but it's not shown there. You may want to squash down Events and Leak Rate charts a bit to fit the FL in. As for there being other medical issues, it is a possibility. Whether they hinge on apnea or not, again it's possible or it may be that you have medical conditions period. I myself have several medical conditions, while some can be caused by or connected to apnea, others have no connection to apnea at all.

I would suggest having a sincere discussion first with your primary doc on this, then you can get referred to an appropriate specialist to see what's going on. Just myself, I'd not just sit back and accept the symptoms. Take action. I have found that I only get things done if I self advocate and it begins lots of times by asking about X Y and Z then taking action. Sincerely best wishes on accomplishing what's needed.

What would the Bicarbonate test reveal? A medical condition?

I see Carbon Dioxide tested in January 2020 as part of a panel. Results were 22 mmol/L. Just a little bit above low.
