Struggling with therapy lately

I figured I would share an update. Turning on EPR has DRASTICALLY improved my therapy. Still need to consider a different chin strap, but Im doing so much better. Its actually incredibly disappointing how easy it was to improve my therapy so much. Makes me wonder what I pay my sleep doctor for, when I cant get him to make simple suggestions like that to drastically improve my quality of life. Going to have some words with him next time I see him.

EPR is an amazing tool. Glad it helped. You are at EPR 2, and can try 3, then choose the best solution for you.
