Sleeping on your left side is better than the right...

I toss and turn all night due to back- neck- shoulder pain.... so sounds like I should be fine then.  Too-funny Too-funny Too-funny

Left side is best to minimise reflux/GORD issues, heart is almost in the centre of the chest (so more or less irrelevant) aerophagia on the right side... so I guess it depends on what issue gives you the most grief is how you decide which side to sleep on.
