Sleeping tip

Cool
Sleeping tip
Last night I had a drink that affected my sleep due to the caffeine, i turned on my cpap and was just laying there tosing and turning, i was even swallowing air causint me to bloat and feel all kinds of discomfort.

I knew I wasnt going to get anywhere like that so I followed some advise.

To fight the insomnia:
I got out of bed, grabbed some reading material and went to the living room, within minutes of laying on the couch reading i couldnt stay awake.

To fight the air swallowing/bloating from cpap:
I layed on the couch with my head on the armrest, it made that bent on my neck forward (chin on chest ) and as much as I didnt believe it, well it worked like a charm, just woke up and belly is not only flat but sinking in. Feels great.

I hope this helps someone.

RE: Sleeping tip
I am a little concerned about sleeping with the neck bent forward. Seems like, anatomically, it would be worse for flow.

Hmm maybe it helped to close off the esophagus below the trachea and kept the air from moving in that direction... I just can't imagine that being comfortable though.
Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. You can download your data through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

Stick it to the man, Download OSCAR and take back control of your data!

Thanks Ian. Like I didn't have enough Honey-Do projects to tackle. Mornincoffee

I am not trully touching my chest with my chin, my chin is actually a couple of inches higher than my chest, I was worried my oa would go up but my results were the best i had yet.

Im weird i guess Smile

But yes the trick is to cause the esophagus to close preventing all that air pressure from going into your belly.
