Sleepy Head Data
Hi,
I've been using my cpap machine since Jan 16, 2018. I have uploaded my info to sleepy head but have no idea what I should be looking for? One thing I did gather was my AHI was average 5.31 which stated wasn't very good? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
