Thanks for sharing your experience. I admire your perseverance.

Sounds like your nasal surgery was successful and without problems. I'm very glad this was your experience, because sometimes there have been very bad problems caused by nasal surgery.

I am a mouth breather because of a deviated septum. I had a slight turbinate reduction surgery a few years ago, which helped slightly.

I am not considering more extensive nasal surgery because I do not want to risk experiencing some of the many possible bad side effects which are risks of the more extensive nasal surgeries.

For example, many descriptions of problems caused by nasal surgery can be found by searching on google for "empty nose syndrome".
